We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Gospel Threads purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns must be returned prepaid as we DO NOT accept C.O.D deliveries. if you received a defective or incorrect item, please email customer service at email@example.com
Returns/exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days from when we receive the original items and have been inspected. To ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return, please include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.) and include it with your returns shipment to the address below.
For your protection we strongly suggest using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your Return / Exchange and provides some form of insurance to cover the item value being returned to us. If a return or exchange is lost in the return shipping process, Gospel Threads will NOT be responsible for the cost of the lost product(s) and without the returned merchandise refunds or exchanges CANNOT be offered.

Once your return is received and processed, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue you a refund.
For a refund, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-3 business days in the processing
of your return or refunding of your credit card after receiving the shipment. Then allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your billing statement. Please include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order stating that you are returning the item(s) for a refund. A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges.
