How can I contact Gospel Threads customer service?
If you have any questions or inquiries about your order or ordering that aren't answered by the information on this page please, contact us by filling out and submitting the Contact Us online form.
Are orders processed or shipped on weekends or holidays?
No. We do not ship on weekends or on these holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
How will I be notified if there is an issue with filling my order?
We will notify you by e-mail.
Are you open on weekends?
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices are in US Dollars. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal and Debit Cards with the Visa or Master Card logo. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order and we do not accept orders through the mail. Please note that online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships.
How long until I receive my order?
Anywhere from 3-7 business days from the ship date for Domestic (U.S.) orders, depending on the type of shipping service that is selected during checkout and 7-14 business days from the ship date for International orders. If your shipping address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO address, your order will be shipped via the US Postal Service by default. Orders shipped via UPS will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. Also, please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include custom fees. If you're unsure of your country's laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order. We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.
My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out, and the US Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped. For UPS you can contact them at 1-800-PICK-UPS, with your tracking number, to see if your delivery address can be changed.
Can you tell UPS to leave my order on my porch if I'm not home to receive it?
The decision on whether to leave a package outside your home belongs to the UPS driver. Most likely, if you're not home, the driver will leave the package in a safe location, if one is available. We don't have any way of instructing the UPS driver to leave your package at your house if you're not home, however; the decision is theirs.
Can I place an order and pick it up at your warehouse?
Sorry, all orders must be sent through the mail or shipped.
How do I sign up for your e-mailing list?

Do you offer wholesale prices?
No. Not at this time, but in the near future.
What kind of t-shirts do you print on?
Our t-shirts are printed on Next Level t-shirts.
How should I wash my t-shirts? Will they shrink?
The fabric that is used prior to making the Next Level t-shirt is first laundered for reduced shrinkage. But, in general the least amount of shrinkage will result, if the t-shirt is turned inside out and machine or hand washed in cold water. To minimize the shrinking, machine dry low or hang dry. Typically t-shirts shrink approximately 3-5 percent in both the length and width after being washed.
If a particular design or size is sold out, will it ever be reprinted or restocked?
Gospel Threads will reprint selected designs at its discretion. To recommend a t-shirt that is no longer available or out of stock that you would like to see reprinted, just fill out the "Reprint Request Form" located on the current t-shirt page. We will notify you via email if and when we reprint or restock this design in the near future.
